  My friend, how has everything been going for you? How's kickboxing? I haven't been for a while. Just been running and doing ab work.

  I am starting this Lemon Detox thing come Tuesday.. have you heard of it? A couple co workers and I are doing it. You should look it up. Supposed to help you clean out your toxins. It's for 5 - 7 days -- has you drop 15 to 20 pounds.
